Use this adaptor to replace the head unit and run through existing Factory fitted amplifier. You will still need the harness adaptor relevant to your Vehicle but only plug the power connector in which leads to ISO connector with Black Red and Yellow wires not the speaker connector. Use a new head unit with RCA Phono outputs for Front and Rear with medium output level not high output.
